McConnin & Company Realty is owned by John McConnin a licensed California real estate attorney and real estate broker. We also have a few select Realtors who work in our Brokerage and are always looking to work with skilled responsible professionals.
We have listings all over Southern California and we have built up a network in other areas which have a concentration of distressed properties. All over California and Florida.
John McConnin, Esq., is also partner with Quintana McConnin & Sarte LLP, Attorneys at Law. His legal practice has been (for about last three years) and is currently limited to working with upside down homeowners.
Bio
Mr. McConnin graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1991.
Mr.
McConnin is a member of the bar of both the State of California and Florida. He is
a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and he has a real estate sales license for Florida.
Starting in 2003 Mr. McConnin earned his real estate licenses and switched his focus to helping people buy and sell real estate as a Realtor.

Mr. McConnin has
an active practice in Real Estate law. Representing homeowners in
pre-foreclosure matters including Short sales and deeds in lieu and short payoffs.
Mr.
McConnin has an extensive background in drafting, negotiating and litigating real estate matters. His first trial back in the early 1990s centered on trust deeds, appraisals and broker fraud. In the mid 90s his firm represented homeowners in home loan (mortgage) workouts against lenders.
Now that experiece is being tapped again.
