Biography
Mr. McConnin graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1991.
Mr.
McConnin is a licensed in the State of California and Florida. He is
a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and a licensed Realtor in Florida.
On the residential real estate side Mr. McConnin owns McConnin &
Company Realty. McConnin and Company Realty has negotiated and closed
over 60 short sales.
Mr. McConnin has
an active practice in Real Estate law. Representing homeowners in
pre-foreclosure matters including short payoffs, strategic defaults, deeds in lieu and loan modifications.
Mr.
McConnin has an extensive background in drafting, negotiating and
litigating real estate matters. His first trial back in the early 1990s
centered on trust deeds, appraisals and broker fraud. In the mid 90s
his firm represented homeowners in home loan (mortgage) workouts against
lenders.
Now that experience is being tapped again.
